Copy a Watch page link for a specific video. Save the returned video and cover separately; the cover is an image, not the video.
Facebook Reels
Use Copy link in a Reel’s share menu to parse that short video. A profile or the full Reels feed does not replace a single-post link.

Paste the short link directly. It must redirect to an accessible video page; an expired redirect or login requirement may prevent parsing.

Which Facebook video links can I use?
You can try public Watch, Reel and regular videos pages, share links and fb.watch short links. Use a specific video URL; profiles, whole albums, complete accounts and live streams are outside this page’s scope.
How do I save a Facebook video on my phone?
Copy the link, parse it and choose an available video, then download through your browser. Look in the browser’s downloads or your phone’s file manager. If it opens in a playback page, use the browser’s save option when available. It does not automatically save to Photos.
Can I download MP4 or HD video?
The results show only formats and quality supplied by the source. MP4, HD and a specific resolution are not guaranteed for every video. Some formats contain only audio or silent video, so check the details. Choosing a quality option does not improve the original video.
Can I download private group or login-only videos?
This page is for publicly accessible videos and cannot bypass logins, private groups or other access restrictions. A video you can watch while signed in to Facebook may still be inaccessible to the parser.
What if parsing fails or a download link expires?
Check that the video is still publicly accessible and copy its individual share link again. Parse again to refresh expired download URLs. A login wall, regional restriction, deleted post or missing media URL can still prevent downloading.
